About us.

We are a "mature family" and we bought our second home, our holiday apartment in Calahonda on the Costa del Sol, Spain, in the year 2000.

We bought our holiday apartment in Calahonda with the intention of retiring in the not too distant future and living in it. Consequently, we selected the location very carefully. We wanted an apartment close enough to the beach, shops and local facilities for us to be able to easily stroll to them but we also took care to choose a location we can retreat to when we want some tranquillity and relaxation. It took a lot of searching but eventually we found what we believe is the perfect location.

Mindful of our goal to retire to our holiday apartment in Calahonda we have spared no expense, furnished, and equipped it to a very high standard. You can expect to find an extremely well maintained holiday apartment with all modern conveniences and just about everything you could want while on holiday. It is furnished as a home, not as a rental apartment by an impersonal travel company.

We are not some faceless travel company we are simply a family renting our second home to help pay the bills. Our prices and level of service reflect this.

We pride ourselves on giving you our prompt and full attention, so that we offer the best possible service that we can. The fact that since owning the holiday apartment we have not had one single complaint appears to show that our philosophy works!

We have no need for a complaints department and intend to keep it that way. Instead, we have a philosophy that if you are happy then we are happy.
